1. How long I have to wait for order?

Usually it takes about 15-20 days for goods to be made.

But, for some other VVIP items or High Jewelry it will take about 30-45 days to be made.

Then, we will start to arrange the shipment. After your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email with the parcel’s tracking number, so you then can track your shipment online.

(*Please allows 2-7 working days for parcel to arrive at your doorstep after shipment).

3. Are your leather goods made from real leather?

Yes. Leather goods are all made from real leather. Several real leathers are our main materials, such as: calfskin, lambskin, crocodile, snakeskin, python, ostrich, lizard, alligator…etc.

4. High Jewelry, are they real gold, real diamonds?

Yes. Our High Jewelry are made out of real 18k gold, natural diamond and all other finest gemstones (comes with gemstone certificate).

Little Note: there are also silver material available in some popular styles for these brands. We rank them in Accessories. So if you would like to get silver material, please look into Accessories instead.

5. Can I become your reseller?

Yes. You’re welcome to be our reseller. We will support you through every step of the way and you will get amazing % discount for every order you made.
